I am a licensed Social Worker with 25 years of experience supporting patients and families across a wide range of clinical settings, including hospitals, long-term care, and hospice. Throughout my career, I have been guided by a simple but unwavering philosophy: to provide the same dignity and respect to every patient and family that I would want for my own. 

Coordinating end-of-life care is not only my profession but a calling. I believe that compassion, clear communication, and thoughtful guidance can help bring peace and comfort during life’s most challenging moments.
