Nicole Bachmann APRN, FNP-C

Primary Care Nurse Practitioner
Nicole had always had a passion for taking care of others. She sees her role as a Family Nurse Practitioner as a patient advocate above all else. Her approach to healthcare is to discuss options with clients and work together to build long-lasting relationships to improve overall health and wellness. She has a passion for preventive healthcare and empowering clients to live their best life. Nicole is responsible for setting the strategy, ensuring the success of the company in fulfilling its mission, values, and value proposition for customers and achieving its performance objectives.
Nicole received her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Villa Julie College in 2006. Received her Master of Science in Nursing from University of Maryland in 2012. She is certified as a Family Nurse Practitioner through the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners. She enjoys spending time with her husband and two children, gardening, traveling, and beach days.​
Most recently, Nicole has been recognized in the "2024 Nationwide Top Doctors of America" for her excellence.

Sarah Freburger, DNP
Palliative Care Director
Palliative/ Pain management Nurse Practitioner
Sarah received her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Stevenson University in 2011. She received her Doctorate of Nursing Practice from Salisbury University in 2020. She is certified as a Family Nurse Practitioner through the American Nurses Credentialing Center. Sarah’s past nursing experiences include primary care, oncology, hospice and palliative care. Sarah’s role in providing palliative care revolves around guiding patients and their family members through advanced diseases and assisting to manage the symptoms that they may experience. Sarah is very passionate about helping her patients maintain a positive quality of life and helping to reduce caregiver fatigue in her patient’s family members. Outside of nursing, Sarah enjoys spending time with her husband, son and daughter and especially enjoys spending time outside.
Brittany Peed, DNP
Primary Care Nurse Practitioner
Brittany Peed received her Bachelors of Science from Salisbury University in 2012. She continued on to John Hopkins University where she earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing. She worked as a registered nurse for 10 years in a cardiac surgery setting. Brittany then continued her education and received her Doctorate of Nursing Practice from the University of Maryland in 2020. She is certified as a Family Nurse Practitioner through the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners. She has devoted her career as a Nurse Practitioner to providing primary care, chronic care treatment, mental health treatment, and preventive care to home-bound patients. In her spare time, Brittany enjoys spending time with her daughter and traveling with her family.
Robin Korin, AGPCNP
Palliative Care Nurse Practitioner
Robin received her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from West Virginia University in 2010. She received her Master's in Science of Nursing from George Mason University in 2015. She is certified as an Adult Geriatic Primary Care Nurse Practitioner through the American Nurses Credentialing Center. Robin's past nursing experiences include primary care, gastroenterology and palliative care. Robin's role in palliative care is to help guide patients and their loved ones through these advanced diseases and the challenges they may face. She is focused on helping to eliminate symptom burden and provide a sense of comfort to her patients. Outside of work, Robin is busy with the joys of family life. She loves spending time with her husband, daughter and son, and her french bulldog Leo. She loves to read and is an avid Pittsburgh Steelers fan.
Michelle Sakala, AGNP-C
Primary Care Nurse Practitioner
Michelle, an Adult Geriatric Nurse Practitioner brings a passion for caring for geriatric patients to her work every day. With a strong commitment to providing high-quality and compassionate care to the elderly population, Michelle is dedicated to improving the health and well-being of her patients.
Michelle's background as a nurse practitioner has equipped her with the knowledge and skills necessary to assess, diagnose, and treat a wide range of health conditions commonly seen in older adults. Her expertise in managing chronic diseases, coordinating care, and promoting healthy aging makes her a valuable asset to the healthcare team at OnSite Medical House Calls.
In her role as an Adult Geriatric Nurse Practitioner, Michelle is known for her exceptional bedside manner, attention to detail, and unwavering dedication to her patients. She takes the time to listen to their concerns, answer their questions, and involve them in the decision-making process regarding their care. Michelle understands the unique needs and challenges faced by geriatric patients and works tirelessly to ensure they receive the best possible care.
Outside of her professional duties, Michelle is actively involved in continuing education and professional development opportunities to stay current on the latest advancements in geriatric care. She is committed to lifelong learning and strives to provide her patients with the most up-to-date and evidence-based treatments available.
Wendy Matthews, CRNP
Primary Care Nurse Practitioner
After earning her associate’s degree from Anne Arundel Community College and bachelor’s degree from Notre Dame of Maryland University, Wendy Matthews spent 17 years working as a critical care nurse at multiple institutions around Maryland and Pennsylvania. Seeking to expand her knowledge base and scope of practice, she earned her NP degree from George Washington University in 2019. Wendy has put her degree to work by providing inpatient and outpatient care in the areas of pain management, primary care, palliative medicine, and hematology/oncology. Wendy most enjoys providing holistic care, forming trusting relationships with her patients, and engaging in shared decision-making by educating her patients and helping to formulate their goals. She enjoys traveling with her husband and two children, and playing tug of war with their two goldendoodles.
Megan LaBelle, CRNP
Primary Care Nurse Practitioner
Megan received her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Stevenson University in 2013. Megan has been a registered nurse since 2006. In 2015 she graduated from Stevenson University with a Masters of Science in Nursing Education. Megan always knew she wanted to be a nurse practitioner, in 2019 she graduated from George Washington University with a Post Master's Family Nurse Practitioner Certification. She is certified as a Family Nurse Practitioner through the American Association of Nurse Practitioners.
Megan’s past nursing experiences include oncology, specifically leukemia, lymphoma and Bone Marrow Transplant. As a nurse she worked at The Johns Hopkins Hospital as a Bone Marrow Transplant nurse for over a decade.
As a family nurse practitioner her role encompasses a wide range of responsibilities, including conducting physical exams, diagnosing and treating acute and chronic illnesses, prescribing medications, and educating patients on health promotion and disease prevention. Megan is committed to building strong relationships with her patients and their families, providing personalized care that meets their unique needs and preferences.

With a deep understanding of the complexities of healthcare delivery and a passion for improving patient outcomes, Megan strives to stay current on the latest medical advancements and evidence-based practices. By collaborating with other healthcare professionals and utilizing a team-based approach to care, she works to ensure that her patients receive the highest quality treatment and support.

Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her husband and children on their boat in the Chesapeake Bay. She enjoys coaching various youth sports teams for her children. Megan is an avid sports fan who loves the Baltimore Ravens. Above all, she loves to serve her community via various volunteer programs and is very active in the PTA at her children’s school. Megan loves to read and is currently a member of her neighborhood Book Club.
