Dawn Birmelin

Dawn Birmelin is a dedicated Family Nurse Practitioner with a robust background in nursing and education. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the University of Maryland Global Campus in 2019, where she focused on emergency nursing, dialysis, and home health. With a passion for advancing her expertise, Dawn pursued a Master's in Nursing Education, teaching aspiring nurses at both Anne Arundel Community College and Notre Dame of Maryland's nursing programs.

Dawn's commitment to excellence is reflected in her certification in Diabetes Management and her successful completion of a post-master’s program in Family Nurse Practice. She is certified by the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners, equipping her with the skills and knowledge to provide comprehensive care to families in her community.

Outside of her professional endeavors, Dawn cherishes time with her family and enjoysexploring new cultures and destinations around the world with her daughters. Her blend of clinical expertise and deep personal values make her a compassionate advocate for her patients and an impactful educator in the nursing field.
