Jessica Ernest, CNA

Lead Nursing Assistant

With over 15 years of experience as a Certified Nursing Assistant, I bring a deep commitment to patient-centered care, clinical excellence, and compassion to my role in our home-based primary care practice. My background includes extensive experience in both hospital and outpatient settings, with a strong foundation in emergency and pediatric care.

Throughout my career, I have developed advanced skills in direct patient care, IV placement, phlebotomy, cardiac monitoring, wound care, and patient triage. I have worked side-by-side with physicians and nurse practitioners in high-acuity environments, where strong clinical judgment and attention to detail were essential.

Now, in the home-based care setting, I apply these skills to support patients in the comfort of their own homes. Whether assisting with chronic disease management, post-acute care, or preventive health measures, I am dedicated to improving quality of life and helping patients maintain their independence.

I am CPR-certified through the American Heart Association and trained in Crisis Intervention and Basic Cardiac Rhythms. My goal is always to provide safe, respectful, and personalized care while building trusted relationships with patients and their families.
