With over 10 years of experience as an Occupational Therapist across diverse clinical settings, I bring a deep understanding of patient-centered care and the challenges faced by medically complex individuals living at home or in assisted living environments.

My clinical background gives me a unique perspective in bridging the gap between community needs and high-quality medical care delivered in the home. I am passionate about improving access to services, supporting seamless care transitions, and ensuring that every patient we serve is treated with dignity, respect, and compassion. In my role, I focus on relationship-building, education, outreach, and collaboration to help our practice remain a trusted healthcare resource in the communities we serve.
