With a strong background in healthcare administration and a focus on building scalable systems, he oversees all aspects of practice operations - from provider onboarding and clinical workflow optimization to facility partnerships, compliance, and care coordination.

Dr. Omolola “Lola” Ogungbile is a board-certified Adult-Gerontology Primary Care Nurse Practitioner with more than 15 years of nursing experience spanning acute care, long-term care, and home health. She holds a Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP) and a Master of Science in Nursing Informatics from the University of Maryland School of Nursing, where she also earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing.

Nicole earned her Doctorate of Nursing Practice from Salisbury University and completed her post-master’s certificate as a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner through Wilmington University.

She began her career working at Inova Fairfax Hospital as a critical care and trauma nurse, obtaining certifications in both progressive care and critical care nursing.

She began her career after earning her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the University of Maryland in 2004 and went on to complete dual Master of Science degrees in Family Nurse Practice (Herzing University) and Nursing Education (Walden University).
