Delaney Kelly, CRNP
Primary Care Nurse Practitioner
Delaney Kelly is an Adult-Gerontology Primary Care Nurse Practitioner with a strong clinical background in geriatrics, chronic disease management, and complex patient care. She is committed to improving patient outcomes through preventative care, patient education, and coordinated, team-based treatment.
Delaney earned her Master of Science in Nursing from Chamberlain University and brings hands-on experience across a wide range of care settings, including long-term care, subacute rehabilitation, correctional health, and primary care. Her clinical training also includes exposure to emergency medicine, ICU, neurology, cardiovascular care, and mental health, allowing her to approach patient care with a well-rounded and informed perspective.
Prior to becoming a nurse practitioner, Delaney served as a Charge Nurse with the Anne Arundel County Department of Corrections, where she managed acute and chronic conditions, including alcohol and opioid withdrawal protocols, and responded to medical emergencies. She also held leadership roles in long-term care as a Unit Manager and Infection Preventionist, where she focused on quality improvement, regulatory compliance, and infection control.
Delaney is skilled in physical examinations, medication management, lab interpretation, and phlebotomy. She prioritizes clear communication with patients, families, and care teams to ensure safe, effective, and personalized care.
She is passionate about enhancing quality of life for her patients and delivering compassionate, high-quality care in every setting she serves.
