Emily Marti, CRNP
Palliative Care Nurse Practitioner
Emily Marti, CRNP, is a board-certified Adult-Gerontology Primary Care Nurse Practitioner with more than 16 years of healthcare experience and a strong focus on palliative and geriatric care. She is dedicated to helping patients and families navigate complex medical conditions with compassion, clear communication, and personalized care plans.
Throughout her career, Emily has also been recognized for her leadership in clinical documentation, coding accuracy, and quality improvement initiatives that support better patient outcomes. She has served as a clinical mentor for other nurse practitioners and has been actively involved in committees focused on palliative care and documentation excellence.
Emily earned her Master of Science as an Adult-Gerontology Primary Care Nurse Practitioner from the University of Maryland, Baltimore, and holds board certification as well as the Advanced Certified Hospice and Palliative Nurse (ACHPN) credential. She is an active member of the Hospice and Palliative Nurses Association and the Gerontological Advanced Practice Nurses Association.
Emily is passionate about supporting patients and families through difficult health journeys and believes that thoughtful, patient-centered care can make a meaningful difference during some of life’s most challenging moments.
